you can make coconut rice in that way too, but we recommend using a LOT more than a tablespoon of coconut milk for richness. for a portion of rice, substitute half the amount of water that you'll be using with coconut milk instead, meaning the liquid should constitute 50% water and 50% coconut milk. don't forget to add some salt and pandan leaves too (if available)!
